This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Mythics design which is a parent company of Pagedone. termed as (“Company," "we," or "us"), and you, the user of the Mythics design which is a parent company of Pagedone. ("User" or "you"). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of Pagedone (collectively referred to as "Materials").

By accessing or using our Materials, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should not use the Materials.

1. License Grant:

  • 1.1 Use License: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Materials for personal or commercial purposes.
  • 1.2 Restrictions: You may not:
    • Modify or create derivative works of the Materials.

    • Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Materials.

2. Ownership:

  • 2.1 Intellectual Property: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Materials, including all intellectual property rights, remain with the Company. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
  • 2.2 Feedback: : If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Materials, you agree that we can use, modify, and incorporate such feedback without any obligation to you.

3. Payment and Refund:

  • 3.1 Payment: : If applicable, you agree to pay the fees associated with the purchase of the Materials. Payment terms and methods will be specified on our website or in a separate agreement.
  • 3.2 Refund Policy: We may offer a refund according to our refund policy, which will be communicated on our website. Please review our refund policy before making any purchase.

4. Termination:

  • 4.1 Termination by Company: We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the Materials at any time, with or without cause.
  • 4.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Materials, and any licenses granted to you under this Agreement will be terminated.

5. Warranty and Disclaimer:

  • 5.1 No Warranty: The Materials are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Materials.

6. Limitation of Liability:

  • 6.1 Limitation: In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Materials.

7. Governing Law:

  • 7.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8. Changes to Terms:

  • 8.1 Modification:We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.
